St. Jacques, St. Peter Port, Guernsey La Collinette Hotel & Self Catering offer a varied choice of town accommodation from three star hotel to luxury self catering apartments and quiet family cottages.
LOCATION:
The Clubhouse is ideally situated in 2 acres of gardens on the outskirts of St. Peter Port, the capital of Guernsey, for shopping, restaurants and night life and has been personally ran by the same family for over forty years.
HOTEL FACILITIES:
All hotel bedrooms and indoor areas are non-smoking. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, en suite and offer a medley of views. Single rooms are also en suite with a double bed overlooking the garden and pool area. Room service is available to hotel guests. Self catering guests may also place orders for collection. There is a small collection of DVD's available to rent at reception, Each self catering unit also has its own compendium of games which are available to hotel guests by request. Children are well provided for at The Clubhouse and are most welcome. Kiddies all receive a Clubhouse Teddy on arrival and special arrangements can be made to look after your little ones!
ROOM FACILITIES:
Family Suites overlook the garden and pool area and comprise private facilities, a spacious twin bedded room and a single bedded room which can accommodate an extra bed or cot if required.
The self catering apartments [4 star] and cottage [3 star] accommodation is located in the beautiful landscaped gardens adjacent to the hotel and is completed to the highest standard. Each comprise one twin bedroom and one double bedroom, bathroom, lounge/dining room and kitchen. The lounges have french windows which open onto lawns, pool terrace or balcony. The kitchen is fully fitted and all towels, sheets etc. are supplied. Please bring your own beach towels. Each unit has it's own DVD player and television. Extra cots and beds are available on request at an additional charge.
LEISURE FACILITIES:
Gym & Sauna
Handily located adjacent to the swimming pool, the small health suite comprises a mini gym and sauna for those guests who wish to keep fit or trim during their stay at The Clubhouse. The sauna can easily accommodate up to four guests at a time and the gym is fitted out with exercise equipment including a treadmill, cross trainer and rowing machine.
Swimming Pool, Kiddies Pool and Spa
There is a large heated swimming pool located in the delightful hotel gardens with a special one for the children and a warm spa pool on the terrace. Parents are most politely requested to keep children under 14 yrs. old out of the spa pool. Sorry! - but that's a legal requirement and not of the hotels choice! At the pool side you can enjoy mouth-watering lobster lunches, snacks and drinks served all day every day throughout the Summer.
Massage
A masseuse is employed by The Clubhouse to provide treatments for those guests who wish to ease their aches and pains, wind down after travelling or a long day.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:
Check-in from 2pm, subject to room turnaround you may be able to check-in earlier, latest check-out 10.30am at the hotel and 9.30am at the self catering apartments and cottages.
RESTAURANT DETAILS:
The award winning restaurant at the Clubhouse has an international reputation for cuisine and friendly service and only uses the freshest of local produce accompanied by a large selection of international wines. Evening meals are served from 6.30 to 9.30pm.
BREAKFAST:
Full English Beakfast is served from 7.30 until 9.30 on weekdays and until 10.00 am on Sundays.
DISABLED FACILITIES:
Due to the layout of the building and no lift, the hotel is not recommended for disabled guests.
PET POLICY:
No dogs allowed, exept guide dogs which are free of charge.
RECOMMENDED:
Self catering guests can also enjoy use of the hotel amenities which include the award winning restaurant and bar, large outdoor heated swimming pool and childrens pool, as well as mini gym, sauna, Jacuzzi spa and laundry service or use of a coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer. Choose to dine in or take a stroll through St. Peter Port where you will find over 40 different restaurants.
PARKING:
The Clubhouse @ La Collinette Hotel & Self Catering has its own private car park.
