LOCATION:
Situated on the South West coast, right on the beach in the centre of St Brelade’s Bay in Jersey.

ROOM FACILITIES:
Most of the rooms are south-facing and have balconies overlooking the sea. All bedrooms are comfortable and tastefully furnished, with a private bath/or shower, satellite television, direct dial telephone, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel has a number of superior rooms which are larger then standard rooms with their own seating area, and can take up to 3 extra beds for children up to the age of 16.
LEISURE FACILITIES:
This Jersey hotel does not have an indoor leisure complex but is right on the beach. St Brelades Bay has much to offer the visitor. Surrounded by beautifully kept gardens, its beach is arguably the best on the Island and is popular with swimmers, sunbathers and watersports enthusiasts. Close by are the bays of Beauport and Portelet, with some of Europe’s best bathing water. Also nearby is the picturesque harbour of St Aubin with its shops, restaurants and pubs. The popular shopping centre at Red Houses is only a mile away.

RESTAURANT DETAILS:
Dinner is available 7pm to 9pm. The restaurant offers a wide choice of dishes for everyone with seasonal "Jersey Fresh" produce featuring predominately on all the menus. The restaurant offers a daily changing table d’ hôte menu and a full a la carte and grill menu coupled with great views over the bay. Early children’s dinner is available and there is a playroom which is supervised at meal times to allow parents to relax and dine in peace. Before or after your meal you may like to enjoy a drink in the cocktail bar, or simply relax, unwind and enjoy the view of the bay from the lounge. Guests on half board can use the "dine around" option to eat at our other hotels within the group at no extra charge, choose from Golden Sands, Hotel Cristina or The Somervile Hotel.
BREAKFAST:
Served from 8am to 10am.
DISABLED FACILITIES:
Due to the layout of the building and no lift, the hotel is not recommended for disabled guests.
PET POLICY:
No dogs allowed. No guide dogs accepted.
RECOMMENDED:
Great for families due to the location. Book Half Board and take advantage of the hotel groups 'dine around' option.
PARKING:
The Golden Sands does not offer private parking, public parking is nearby.
