La Pulente Self Catering Accommodation is the perfect spot for a relaxing beach holiday, there is a choice of approx four cafes/bistros along the coast, as well as a local pub serving a varied menu. the apartments are furnished to a high standard.

LOCATION:
Situated across from the beautiful three and half mile stretch of St Ouens Bay overlooking La Rocco Tower, on the west coast of the island

FACILITIES:
Available at Les Ormes Leisure Complex at a supplement is Tennis, Golf, Gym & Swim, Fitness classes including Yoga and Pilates. there is also a Pro sports shop.

ROOM FACILITIES:
All units have 16 channel TV, under floor heating, fully fitted kitchens and appliances.

La Pulente Villas - There are two ground floor villas with sea views, each have one bedroom and sleep up to 4 people.

La Pulente Cottages 1,2 & 3 - These three beautiful Jersey cottages have 2 double bedrooms upstairs, the main bedroom is en-suite whilst there is a second shower room upstairs. Downstairs there is a very large open plan kitchen, lounge, dining room separated by a fire. There is a loo / cloakroom. There is also a smaller study / extra twin bunk room here. These units will sleep up to 6 people with no bed settee. The cottages have stunning views of Rocco tower and each unit has plenty of parking space.

The Boathouse - This architecturally stunning unit closer to the sea with glass panoramic views of the bay and Rocco Tower, also 2 bedroom sleeping 4 in luxury. One bedroom is downstairs with the kitchen / dining area whilst the second master bedroom is upstairs with the lounge.

LEISURE FACILITIES:
There are no leisure facilities on-site, but Les Ormes leisure complex is close by.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:
Check-in from 4pm. Check-out 10am

RESTAURANT DETAILS:
There is no restauraunt on-site. There is a small selection of dining opportunities within the bay itself.

BREAKFAST:
Not included as self catering.

DISABLED FACILITIES:
Due to the layout of the building and no lift, the apartments are not recommended for disabled guests.

PET POLICY:
No dogs allowed. No guide dogs accepted.

RECOMMENDED:
A walk along St Ouens Bay at any time of the day!

PARKING:
Car parking is available free on-site.
