St Saviour, Jersey. Longueville Manor is a 13th Century Norman manor house, which has been lovingly restored and converted into one of Europe’s most celebrated hotels. Character, courtesy, calm, charm and cuisine combine to make up the essence of a Relais & Châteaux hotel. HOTEL FACILITIES:
Longueville Manor in Jersey stands in 15 acres at the foot of its own beautiful, private wooded valley complete with an enchanting lake, which is home to majestic black swans.
ROOM FACILITIES:
In each of the 31 individually decorated and luxurious rooms, you will find your own cordless phone, working desk and modem point. Also provided are satellite digital TV, DVD and CD player and a selection of good books and magazines for when you want to unwind. All rooms are decorated to the highest standard with beautiful en-suite bathrooms and enjoy the following: Champagne on arrival, homemade shortbread biscuits, fruit, flowers, mineral water and mints. Bathrobes, slippers and soft fluffy towels along with an array of toiletries and scented candles adorn every bathroom. Also provided is a safe, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, as well as direct dial cordless phones, a digital widescreen television and DVD/CD players. A DVD library is situated at reception offering a comprehensive selection of both music and films for every taste.
Superior Rooms - Large rooms with the advantage of a comfortable sitting and dining area and feature fireplace.
Deluxe Rooms - Mainly pool and garden facing, several rooms have a private patio with direct access to the gardens. All rooms are large and spacious and have the benefit of a luxurious sitting and dining area within the room.
Junior Suites - Situated on the second floor of the West Wing the Junior suite enjoys not only the advantages of a Deluxe room, but magnificent views of the pool and gardens.
LEISURE FACILITIES:
Why not have a game of tennis on the synthetic grass court or take life at a more leisurely pace with croquet on the lawn. When the weather is warm take advantage of the large heated swimming pool and then relax and enjoy a little something from the delicious al fresco menu at the poolside bar.

RESTAURANT DETAILS:
Open from 7pm to 10pm. Sample the magnificent culinary expertise of the award-winning chefs in one of the restaurant’s two rooms. Choose the sumptuous Oak Room for dinner or the more open surroundings of the Garden Room for a light lunch. Discuss your wine choice with the Master Sommelier who has an exceptional knowledge of the Manor’s extensive cellars and can recommend the perfect bottle to accompany your meal.

Sunday lunch at Longueville Manor is an institution in itself. The four course set menu, priced at only £32.50 (inclusive of coffee and service charge), features many favourites including traditional roast beef carved at your table from the carving trolley.
