St. Peter Port, Guernsey. The Old Government House Hotel or OGH (as it is affectionately known) is Guernsey's longest established and most famous hotel.
LOCATION:
Situated in the original 18th Century House located in the heart of St. Peter Port. Once the official residence of the Governor of the Island, it has been established as a hotel since 1857.
HOTEL FACILITIES:
With well appointed bedrooms and suites you are sure to have a comfortable and relaxing stay at the OGH. Additional benefits are heated outdoor swimming pool, 24Hour Room Service, lift, free Valet Parking, 24 Hour Reception Desk, Garden with stunning sea views overlooking the neighbouring islands and Meeting Rooms.
ROOM FACILITIES:
All rooms are ensuite with bath & shower, bathrobe, tea & coffee making facilities, direct dial telephone, trouser press, digital interactive television, pay per view movies, Internet and ISDN. Some rooms benefit from adapted accessibility. Interconnecting rooms are also available. King Rooms consist of a king size bed that could be made into twin beds should the need arise. Many of the King rooms have sea views and a balcony, a small supplement will be charged. Single rooms consist of a double bed for single occupancy with room still for a table and relaxing chair. New Style Room Types have been fully refurbished during the last 12 months.
Suites:
The Herm Suite, boasting fantastic views over the harbour area from its large balcony. The canopy style bed and the large lounge area with a separate breakfast table add to the unique characteristics of this open plan suite. There is a large lounge area that can comfortably seat a family. The lounge furniture can be converted into an extra bed for a child.
Centenary Suite, a spacious suite, decorated with rich fabrics and offering majestic sea and pool views. Comprising of a king size bed, which can be converted into twin beds, as well as a large lounge area that can comfortably seat a family of four. The lounge furniture can also be converted into an extra bed for a child.
The Sark Suite is tastefully decorated and offers a King Room with a separate but adjoining lounge. This suite also benefits from having two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower. The lounge furniture can be converted into an extra bed for a child.
Studio Suites are elegantly appointed and larger than the King Rooms, they offer a large seating area and are ideal for accommodating families with two children.
LEISURE FACILITIES:
For the more energetic visit the in-house Revolution Health Club & Spa, with Whirlpools, Sauna, Steam room, Gymnasium and unique Chill-Out room. A full range of face and body treatments are available at the Spa.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:
Check-in from 2pm subject to room turnaround you may be able to check-in earlier, latest check-out 11am
RESTAURANT DETAILS:
The Brasserie and Bar are ideal places to meet up with friends and enjoy stunning views of the neighbouring islands, whilst enjoying lunch or dinner prepared by award winning Chef Jerome Barbançon using locally inspired ingredients, Al Fresco dining is available during the summer months, or you may choose Fine Dining in the Governor's restaurant, for a truly memorable dining experience.

A Full English Breakfast is served (Mon-Fri) from 7.30 till10am (Sat-Sun) 8 till 10.30am
